Stumbled into the pest control industry in 1983 after sending a resume from a newspaper ad.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
To the best of my knowledge we were the first company in the region to offer quarterly services. Some years later others followed. We do not charge high start up fees. Many companies charge up to 3 times the regular service fee for the initial service. What you pay for the first service is the same for services thereafter. We do have periodic price increases.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location.
