How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We had our own TV program in the 1990's and moved into serving others with video production services and closed captioning services. We love serving the broadcast industry, ministries, educational institutions, producers, and small companies with closed captioning services.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We pride ourselves on delivering quality service with quick turn-arounds without sacrificing quality. We always aim to please all of our customers. We also provide tech support to our customers to assist them in producing the right files for broadcast television or internet videos.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location. We are currently working on expanding our current location to serve our customers better by being able to offer more and services.
